Sometimes the hardest brand to understand is your own.
As designers and brand partners, we spend a lot of time helping organisations step away from the day to day and look at their brand with fresh eyes.
We ask difficult questions.
- What makes you different?
- What do you stand for?
- Who are you trying to reach?
- Does your brand reflect where you are today and where you want to go next?
Recently, we decided it was time to take our own advice.
The evolution of Design Chambers
Over the years, Design Chambers has naturally evolved.
What started as a traditional creative agency has become something much more focused. A senior creative partnership built around strategic thinking, creative leadership and hands on delivery.
Led by me, Richard Chambers, and supported by Brand Partner Lisa Chambers alongside a trusted network of specialist collaborators, we work with organisations that value experience, expertise and a considered approach to their brand.
The reality was that our previous positioning no longer fully represented who we are today.
The experience was still there. The creativity was still there. But we needed to step back and clearly define what makes Design Chambers different.
Putting ourselves through the process
We believe the best brands are built on clarity.
That is why we created our Brand DNA Workshop. A structured session designed to help organisations understand their strengths, define their positioning and create a stronger foundation for future growth.
So we decided to put ourselves through the same process.
We challenged our assumptions, questioned how we described ourselves and looked honestly at how Design Chambers has changed.
The process helped us define:
Who we are
An experienced creative partner providing strategic thinking, creative leadership and high quality creative delivery..
Who we work best with
Organisations and teams that value collaboration, expertise and consistent creative standards.
How we create value
By combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, helping brands move from ideas into meaningful communication.
Practising what we preach
The strongest brands never stand still.
They evolve as organisations grow, markets change and ambitions develop. Taking time to review your brand is not about changing everything. It is about understanding what is working, what has changed and where you want to go next.
If we encourage our clients to invest time in understanding their own brands, then we should be prepared to do exactly the same ourselves.
The process has given us greater clarity, a stronger foundation and a better understanding of how we can support the organisations we work with.
Because before you can help others discover their Brand DNA, you need to understand your own.
Discover your Brand DNA
Our Brand DNA Workshop helps organisations uncover what makes them different, define their positioning and create a clear strategic foundation for their brand.
A focused strategic session designed to bring clarity, alignment and direction before creative delivery begins.
